Russian forces attacked Kharkiv's Shevchenkivskyi district on 3 December, killing one person and injuring two others.

Details: Syniehubov reported that two people were injured in the explosion, and medics are providing them with all necessary assistance.

Early reports indicate that three cars have been damaged and four garages have caught fire as a result of the Russian strike. Firefighters from the State Emergency Service are extinguishing the fires.

Syniehubov later reported that during work at the scene, emergency workers found a body under the rubble. It is now being established whether more people may be there.
