Ukrainian foreign minister: Putin's threat to strike ports show he does not plan to end war

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has said that recent statements by Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin do not show any willingness to end the war.

Details: Sybiha said that Putin has spent a second day in a row making "statements that demonstrate that he does not plan to end the war".
Quote: "Yesterday he said he was prepared to fight through the winter. Today, he threatens sea ports and freedom of navigation. And these threats are directed first and foremost at Odesa, which President Trump spoke about with a lot of warmth."
More details: Sybiha said that Ukraine supports US peace efforts and has worked with Washington and European partners on securing a just peace in this war.
