Details : Kiper said firefighters had promptly extinguished the fire, but the attack had caused power outages.
"A municipal response headquarters is working at the scene. Critical infrastructure is temporarily running on generators. A total of 11 invincibility centres have been deployed to assist the population," the regional head said. [Invincibility centres are heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]
