Explosions were heard in the Russian city of Taganrog in Rostov Oblast on the night of 27-28 November, near the site where two Russian aircraft had previously been hit.

Details : Astra wrote that residents of Taganrog were once again reporting explosions.

Judging by footage from witnesses, one of the explosions was filmed 1.3 kilometres from the air base where two aircraft had earlier been damaged.

According to Astra's geolocated video, it was recorded from Polyakovskoye Highway.

Quote from Astra : "The distance between the filming location and the site where two aircraft were previously attacked at the Taganrog-Yuzhny air base is 1.35 kilometres."

Background:

• Ukraine's defence forces struck a number of targets in Russia on the night of 24-25 November as part of efforts to degrade the military, economic and offensive capabilities of Russia.
• In Taganrog, strikes were recorded on the Beriev Aircraft Repair Plant and the Atlant Aero – a Molniya UAV production facility.
