Details: Vovkotrub said the Russians attacked the region with missiles and drones. Falling debris from downed aerial assets damaged high-rise residential buildings in Bila Tserkva.
Kalashnyk reported that a 14-year-old girl had been injured in the attack. Early reports indicated that she had suffered a back wound.
