Head of Ukraine's drone forces releases video showing strikes on two thermal power plants in occupied Donetsk Oblast

Robert "Magyar" Brovdi, Commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, has released a video showing Ukrainian drones striking the Zuivska and Starobesheve thermal power plants in occupied Donetsk Oblast on the night of 17-18 November.

Quote: "The Unmanned Systems Forces' birds [drones – ed.] both ignite and extinguish. All as agreed. A blackout in the swamps [Russian territory – ed.] is nothing scary, worms. Just a bit of physical and psychological discomfort: 'light/heat–badaboom–dark/cold'."
Details: Magyar specified that the capacity of the Zuiivska thermal power plant (located in the town of Zuhres) is 1,200 MW (around 5 billion kWh of electricity a year, which covers about one-third of the needs of occupied Donetsk Oblast).
The Starobesheve thermal power plant (located in the settlement of Novyi Svit) has a capacity of 2,300 MW (even operating at only half capacity, that is still a very large amount of electricity).
"The birds of the 1st Centre of the Unmanned Systems Forces (formerly the 14th Regiment) keep pecking and will continue to peck without pause," Magyar added.
Background: Earlier, the Russian-installed authorities in occupied Donetsk Oblast claimed that the Zuivska and Starobesheve thermal power plants had been damaged on the night of 17-18 November, leaving many settlements without power.
