Ukrainian forces withdrew from Novovasylivske to stronger defensive lines in Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Ukraine's military command has withdrawn units from the village of Novovasylivske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast to reposition "to stronger lines of defence".

Quote: "Following the regrouping of combat formations and a reconfiguration of the line of contact to preserve the lives of [Ukrainian – ed.] servicemen, our units have been withdrawn from the settlement of Novovasylivske to reposition to stronger defensive lines."
Details: In Zaporizhzhia Oblast and the south of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, the Russians did not reduce the intensity of assaults, continuing attacks on Ukrainian positions and attempts to infiltrate deep into the defence.
Ukrainian forces said that measures to block Russian advances are ongoing, as well as sustained combined-arms fires.

- On 12 November, the Defence Forces of Ukraine's South reported that Ukrainian units withdrew from the village of Rivnopillia in Zaporizhzhia Oblast to more advantageous positions.
- DeepState, a Ukrainian group of military analysts, reported earlier that Russian forces gained operational room to advance towards the city of Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia Oblast from the north after the occupation of the village of Rivnopillia.
