Sections of the heating network have been damaged in a large-scale Russian attack on the capital. An emergency on a main heating line in the Desnianskyi district has temporarily cut off heating to part of the residential area.

Background: On the night of 13-14 November, Russian forces launched another large-scale combined attack on Kyiv, using ballistic missiles and attack drones. Early reports indicated that residential buildings in seven districts of the capital had been damaged and 11 people had been injured.
