Offworld Industries has released Update 10.0 Trident Strike for the tactical shooter Squad – one of the game's largest updates of 2025.

Details : The key addition is the introduction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) faction, featuring authentic modern Ukrainian weapons, vehicles and equipment. The update also includes system improvements, cosmetic additions and numerous fixes.

The AFU appear in Squad as a BLUFOR faction, equipped with modern Ukrainian and upgraded Soviet-era military hardware. The developers added several combat units – from airborne and mechanised brigades to artillery and marines. Their arsenal features well-known Ukrainian vehicles such as the KrAZ-6322 lorry, Kozak-2M1 armoured vehicle, BTR-4 infantry fighting vehicle, T-64BM2 Bulat tank and Mi-8MTV-5 helicopter.

Special attention has been given to the Stugna-P anti-tank guided missile system, faithfully recreated with remote operation via a separate control panel and reloading by a crew member. Infantry weapons now include the AK-74, Maliuk, UAR-10, RPK-74, SVD and RPG-7, all with updated models and sights.

AFU commanders have access to unique abilities such as a Su-25 airstrike with FAB-250 bombs, a Bayraktar TB2 reconnaissance UAV and 152 mm artillery barrages – making the Ukrainian faction one of the most flexible and technologically advanced in the game.
