Yaryna Kliuchkovska, a communications consultant, said this on Espreso TV."The situation with Angelina Jolie revealed what usually happens in my field during unforeseen, emergency situations. It showed, firstly, the lack of quality communication and how it is organized in the Ukrainian Armed Forces - and, I suspect, in general throughout the entire power vertical up to the president himself. People on the ground have neither the authority, nor the skills, nor the abilities.Secondly, this situation revealed to the whole world how the Territorial Recruitment Centers behave, what problems exist with mobilization, and how this excessive enthusiasm of the draft centers try to compensate for the lack of people," Kliuchkovska emphasized.According to the communications consultant, today an article was published in a very popular British newspaper stating that Ukrainians are suffering and they are heroic. And Angelina Jolie came and saw how they are suffering. But, in addition, she saw that Ukraine is struggling with the problem of mobilization: if at the beginning of the war millions of volunteers went to fight, now almost no one wants to, and the authorities have to force Ukrainians to fight. This is very sad, because the story of mobilization is a derivative of other processes."The authorities and the military do not like to talk about problems. They believe that if problems are not talked about, no one will know about them. But in reality, the whole country knows what is happening. Every family has someone who is fighting and tells which settlements are occupied and which are not. Similarly, the whole country knows that we have failed communication regarding mobilization - primarily in an ideological sense. For some reason, the authorities believe that if they tell people about problems and ask for help, it will be something bad. They behave like parents, and perceive us as children, and pretend to protect us from reality," Kliuchkovska added. On November 5, information emerged that the famous Hollywood actress, fashion model, director, and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie visited Ukraine's Kherson.Ukrainian social media users had a humorous take on Angelina Jolie's encounter with officials from the Territorial Center for Recruitment in the Mykolaiv region.
