Yuri Kasianov, a major with the State Border Guard Service and an aerial reconnaissance specialist, reported that the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) had opened a criminal case against him for alleged "illegal enrichment," following pressure by the Border Guard’s Internal Security Service on his unit’s soldiers to extract testimonies.
