Emergency power outages have been introduced across Donetsk Oblast following Russian strikes on energy infrastructure, leaving the entire oblast without electricity.

Details: Filashkin said that power engineers are working to resolve the issue.

"Power supply across the oblast will be restored as soon as it becomes possible," he added.
