Details : The special operation conducted by DIU has disabled the Koltsevoy oil product pipeline in the Ramenskoye district, which supplied fuel to the Russian military.
Quote from DIU : "Neither the anti-drone net nor the armed guards protecting the enemy facility helped – all three lines used by the aggressor to deliver petrol, diesel and aviation fuel exploded at the same time.
The petroleum products pipeline has been knocked out.
Another successful DIU operation on Russian territory is a serious blow to the aggressor state's military capabilities, as well as to its economy, particularly in Moscow Oblast."
Details : Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, Head of DIU, emphasised that DIU operations have dealt greater losses to Russia than sanctions.
For reference : The Koltsevoy main petroleum products pipeline spans 400 km and carries fuel from the Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow oil refineries.
Each year, Koltsevoy was capable of pumping up to 3 million tonnes of aviation fuel, 2.8 million tonnes of diesel and 1.6 million tonnes of petrol.
