Belarusian leader complains that "stinking Europe" breathes his "clean air" for free

Self-proclaimed Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko has complained that clean air from Belarus is being carried by the wind to Europe and that Europe is not paying for it.

Details: Visiting the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve, a nature reserve in the northern part of Belarus, Lukashenko stressed the need to preserve it.
Quote: "The time will come when this stinking Europe will pay us for preserving what we've got from God."
More details: Lukashenko complained that the wind carries clean air to the EU and Belarus receives no money for it.
Quote: "Instead of paying us, they start strangling us with sanctions. This will pass. It is already passing. I think the time is not far off when they will be paying us for it."
