Russia launches large-scale attack on Zaporizhzhia and surrounding area, causing damage and injuring people – photos, video

Russian forces launched a large-scale attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia and Zaporizhzhia Oblast on the night of 29-30 October, hitting student accommodation and infrastructure facilities.

Details : An air-raid warning was issued in Zaporizhzhia Oblast due to the threat of Russian drones shortly after midnight.
Fedorov reported explosions in the oblast after 03:30.
It was confirmed at around 04:00 that Zaporizhzhia Oblast had come under a ballistic missile attack.
Quote from Fedorov : "Zaporizhzhia is under a large-scale enemy attack."
Details : The Air Force reported "high-speed targets" heading towards Zaporizhzhia.
Fedorov later said that an infrastructure facility had been hit.
Updated : Fedorov posted photos showing the aftermath of the attack.
He said the Russians had been attacking Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district for several hours.
Quote from Fedorov : "Student accommodation was hit. Several floors were destroyed there. Some fires broke out in residential areas. Infrastructure facilities were also affected."
Details : Fedorov said at 05:52 that four people had been injured in the combined Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia.
It was later confirmed that the number of those injured in the attack had risen to 11, including 6 children aged between 3 and 6.
