Ukrinform and Radio Svoboda reported the information.According to media reports, strikes were carried out on the NS-Oil refinery in the village of Novospasskoye in the Ulyanovsk region. The enterprise specializes in the processing and preparation of oil, with a capacity of about 30,000 tons per year.Drones also attacked the Stavrolen petrochemical enterprise in the city of Budyonnovsk, Stavropol Krai — one of the largest producers of polyethylene and polypropylene in the Russian Federation.In addition, explosions were heard in the Mari El Republic, where eyewitnesses recorded a fiery glow near the village of Orshanka.Due to the massive attack, Russian aviation authorities temporarily restricted the arrival and departure of aircraft in a number of cities — among them Moscow, Kazan, Krasnodar, Samara, Saratov, Volgograd, Ulyanovsk, Grozny, Vladikavkaz, Penza, Cheboksary, and Gelendzhik. The restrictions were later lifted.The media reports that 100 Ukrainian drones were allegedly shot down over the territory of the Russian Federation during the night.On the night of October 29, Ukraine’s Security Service carried out a series of precision attacks on Russian military and infrastructure targets in temporarily occupied Crimea.
