DeepState, a Ukrainian group of military analysts, has reported that Russian troops put up their flag on the entrance sign to Pokrovsk in Donetsk Oblast, only for Ukraine's defence forces to destroy it an hour later.

Details: The situation in the city remains difficult as Russian forces continue to pull in infantry. For now, the Ukrainian defence forces are making great efforts to inflict maximum losses on the Russians.

DeepState has reported that the city is essentially a grey zone, "because there are still plenty of our positions south of the railway", while "a significant number of Russian troops have indeed seeped in north of the railway".
