Russia attacks children's hospital in Kherson, injuring children and medics – video

Russian artillery attacked a children's hospital in the city of Kherson on the morning of 29 October, injuring nine people.

Quote from the Prosecutor's Office: "Investigators have established that at around 09:20 on 29 October 2025, the enemy opened artillery fire on a children's hospital in Kherson at a time when young patients, their parents and medical staff were present.
Early reports indicate that nine people were injured."
Details: Four children and three health professionals are among those injured. One of the casualties is a nine-year-old girl, who suffered a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to her shin. One hospital employee is in a critical condition and is currently undergoing surgery. Two other medics are in a fair condition. All the people injured in the attack are receiving the medical assistance they need.
The hospital building sustained significant damage: walls were partially destroyed and windows and doors were shattered. The blast wave also damaged nearby buildings.
The Kherson Oblast Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation under Article 438.1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war). Prosecutors and investigators are working at the scene, documenting the aftermath of the attack and collecting evidence.
The Ministry of Health said the Russians have once again targeted a civilian medical facility where children's lives are being saved.
