One killed and eight injured in Russian attacks across three Ukrainian oblasts

One person was killed and eight injured in Russian attacks on Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Kherson oblasts during the day of 28 October and on the night of 28-29 October

Details: The Nikopol and Synelnykove districts in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast came under Russian attacks. Drones targeted the Vasylkivka and Mykolaivka hromadas. The Russians also fired on the Nikopol, Pokrovske (urban and rural) and Marhanets hromadas. A 38-year-old man was injured and will receive outpatient treatment. The attack caused a fire, destroyed one car and damaged two. Infrastructure facilities, an office building and a house were also damaged.
Seven settlements in different districts of Kharkiv Oblast were attacked. Four people were injured in the settlements of Shevchenkove Pershe, Rublene and Izium.
The Russians used 17 Geran-2 drones, an FPV drone and two UAVs of other types, damaging houses, a school building, high-rise buildings, a shopping centre, an office building and business infrastructure.
Russian drones, artillery and aircraft struck 32 settlements on the right bank and coastal areas of Kherson Oblast. One person was killed and three injured. Seven high-rise buildings, seven houses, office buildings, a garage, cars and a gas pipeline were damaged. The gas leak has been dealt with, with no risk remaining.
