But you have to show that you are able to consistently support Ukraine for a certain period of time,” Zelenskyy explained.He added that European partners are currently working on a 2–3 year financial aid program to ensure stable support for Ukraine, regardless of political changes.“The war may end sooner, but money is still needed — for recovery, for stability.
