Dozens of drones hit Moscow and Moscow Oblast, explosions heard – photos

Explosions have been reported in the city of Moscow and Moscow Oblast due to a drone attack, with Russian authorities announcing that 30 drones have been heading towards the capital.

Details : Astra identified the location of eyewitness photos showing smoke in the village of Kommunarka in Moscow.
Sobyanin reported that drones allegedly "flying towards Moscow" had been downed on the evening of 26 October and the night of 26-27 October.
According to Astra, local residents wrote about explosions in various towns across Moscow Oblast, including in the Russian capital.
Quote from Astra : "Eyewitness photos have shown smoke over Kommunarka (part of Moscow) after the explosions. Astra geolocated the footage — it was indeed taken in Kommunarka, with smoke visible near a wooded area adjacent to Proektirovanny proezd."
Updated : The Russian Federal Agency for Air Transport reported the suspension of operations at Moscow's Domodedovo and Zhukovsky airports shortly after midnight.
According to Mash, explosions in the sky were heard in Domodedovo, Podolsk, Dubna, Ramenskoye, Kommunarka, Troitsk and Kolomna.
Sobyanin claimed at around 03:00 that 30 drones had attacked Moscow.
The Russian Federal Agency for Air Transport reported after 03:00 that operations at Domodedovo and Zhukovsky airports had resumed.
