Dnipropetrovsk regional council member Kateryna Nemchenko shared the update on Espreso TV.“As for Pavlohrad, our military and local authorities say that, overall, it remains a relatively safe place — not entirely safe to stay in, but there’s no rapid worsening or immediate approach of enemy troops toward the city,” she said.According to Nemchenko, however, the overall situation remains unstable.“Given the Russians’ gradual advance, those who can afford to move further west are doing so. Pavlohrad isn’t in a critical state right now, but the problem is growing and becoming increasingly serious,” she concluded.
