This is a new and serious threat to Odesa,” he reported.Kiper urged residents of the region to respond to air raid alerts, adding that the KAB strikes “pose a tremendous danger to people and can cause significant destruction.”On October 24, the Russian army has attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. As a result of the Russian strikes, a civilian enterprise has been damaged, injuring civilians. One of the strikes also hit a motor pool.
