A 71-year-old man has been killed as a result of a Russian attack on the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast.

Quote: "On 19 October, at around 08:30, Russian forces launched another strike on a settlement in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast.

As a result of the attack, likely carried out with a multiple-launch rocket system, a 71-year-old local resident was killed."
