Ukraine's State Agency for Film Affairs reported the information.The plot centers on a Ukrainian space trucker, Andriy, who becomes the last person in the universe after a catastrophe on Earth. Unexpectedly, he establishes contact with a French woman, Catherine, who needs help.The film was created with the support of the State Film Agency by the company ForeFilms in collaboration with Belgium. It will be released in Ukrainian cinemas on November 20, 2025.Previously, the film U Are the Universe had already received numerous international awards: in 2024 — the Golden Octopus and Silver Méliès at the Strasbourg Film Festival (France), the award for best direction at FilmFestival Cottbus (Germany), the award for best acting at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival (Greece), as well as the Grand Prix at the Odesa International Film Festival (Ukraine) and the award for best feature film at the Science+Fiction Festival (Italy) in 2025.The Future Gate festival is a forum that annually brings together the best of sci-fi cinema and new technologies. This time, its theme was the human body — from cybernetic enhancements to genetic modifications and the influence of artificial intelligence.
