Political analyst Serhii Taran shared his opinions on Espreso TV.“Most European countries are aware of the threat from Russia. Especially northern European countries are preparing for such a war: in Poland and Denmark, warning systems are being tested, measures for possible mobilization are being planned, and discussions about reinstating general military service are underway. Moreover, these drone attacks currently happening in Europe have a vaccine-like effect — a weakened virus provokes a strong immune response, so if the real virus arrives, the body is prepared. Right now, these drones are a vaccine training Europe for a potential war,” the analyst explained. He added that Europe is gradually realizing that war is possible. To avoid it, countries must seriously prepare, arm themselves, and show Putin that they are ready for war and able to respond collectively to Russian aggression.“Amid ‘anonymous’ drone attacks in Europe, countries always emphasize joint defense. For example, Poland reports cooperating with other countries to counter drones. However, preparations in Europe are progressing more slowly than they should. Europe still lives in peace and calm; though aware of the threat, the response is slow. Sadly, Ukraine gives Europe time to prepare,” Taran noted. On October 2, unidentified drones were spotted over Munich, causing major disruptions at the local airport, one of Germany’s busiest. On October 3, 15 unidentified drones were recorded over the Belgian military base of Elsenborn.
