We saw him kissing and hugging Putin, congratulating him on the 80th anniversary of Rosatom — right when Russia was shelling the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant and creating a dangerous situation at the Zaporizhzhia plant,” the expert concluded.On September 26, Grossi met with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
