It is even necessary to take the required technical and military measures to stop this. A plant operating under terrorist control is more dangerous than when it is in a cold shutdown. In other words, they want to create an even greater danger than exists now — that is their goal,” Omelchenko concluded.Russia's attack on the power substation in Slavutych is seen as a tactic to strong-arm Ukraine into restarting the occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant.
