Experts are currently investigating what kind of explosive substances these were. Fortunately, no one was injured and no cars were damaged.”The attack precedes another Russian strike on September 20, when rescuers responding to a fire at a critical infrastructure facility in the Nizhyn district were targeted. Two firefighters were injured and hospitalized during that incident.
