Ukrainian MP from the European Solidarity party, Iryna Herashchenko, said this on Espreso’s European Space program with Yurii Fizer.She shared her vision of the near-term political and practical development of relations between the EU and Ukraine.“I believe Ukraine must now use this window of opportunity to open accession clusters with the European Union. For this, Ukraine has to meet the criteria. This is a huge homework assignment for Ukraine itself,” the MP said.Herashchenko emphasized that Ukraine must continue to develop as a democracy even during the war.“Right now, for the European Union it is not enough to form only Сoalition of the Willing. That’s good, but the time is for a Coalition of the Capable. If imitation or delays with coalitions persist, Russian drones will increasingly reach EU territory,” she concluded.
