Alla Lazareva, deputy editor-in-chief of The Ukrainian Week magazine, stated this on Espreso TV."From the time of the 'yellow vests' crisis to the present day, Russian and pro-Russian bloggers, as well as various structures that latently—not as openly as before the full-scale war—support the Kremlin, continue to operate in France. Their position has not changed. They have simply adapted to the new conditions: they no longer promote Russian interests directly as before, but continue to do so in other ways," noted Lazareva.According to the deputy editor-in-chief of The Ukrainian Week magazine, the Kremlin is trying in every way to stir up negative sentiment regarding the President of France and French support for Ukraine. However, there is also positive news for Ukraine: the results of a sociological poll were recently published, according to which 75% of French people consider Russia a threat to their security."That is, despite all this intrusive propaganda with pro-Moscow slogans, claiming that the situation in France is only worsening due to its support for Ukraine and that Ukraine itself should capitulate as soon as possible, three-quarters of the French still realize that it is Russia that poses a real threat. And most of them are in favor of strengthening security guarantees," Lazareva added.French President Emmanuel Macron appointed Minister of Defense Sébastien Lecornu as Prime Minister after deputies declared a vote of no confidence in the government of François Bayrou on September 8.
