The Russian soldier with the call sign "Altai," who is accused of cruel treatment of Ukrainian prisoners of war at the Volchansk aggregate plant, combined with premeditated murders, has admitted his guilt during the consideration of the case in court on the merits, but refused to recognize the civil claims of the victims, the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reports.
