Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Oleksandr Matyash shared his opinions with Espreso TV."I believe that there will be no foreign troops on the territory of Ukraine. We have international legions, where most of those fighting are Spanish-speaking citizens who came here to earn money. I believe that neither Europe nor the U.S. will deploy their troops on the territory of Ukraine under any conditions. They are afraid," Matyash explained.The officer said that if the West had stepped in, Russia would already be defeated, and even China would not risk siding with Moscow."If they were not afraid, this war would already be won. Russia would have lost what it has. They do not want to get involved in this war. And I believe this is a strategic mistake. If they all joined forces now, I think we would win this war. And China would not be ready to step in. That would also be a very strong signal regarding Taiwan. But as it is, in my opinion, China will attack Taiwan, and America will do nothing. Again, this is my opinion," he added.Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron stated that Russia has turned into a long-term destabilizing force and poses a potential threat to many European countries.Media reported that in the event of a possible peace agreement, 10 European countries are ready to send their troops to Ukraine to provide security guarantees.
