Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reported the information.On the evening of August 13, Russian forces carried out a missile strike on the Seredyna-Buda community, part of Ukraine’s Sumy region, located in the northeastern part of the country, bordering Russia.“The attack occurred late yesterday evening in one of the villages of the Seredyna-Buda community. As a result of the explosion, a child was injured and hospitalized. Medical staff are providing necessary care; the girl’s condition is stable, and her life is not in danger,” he wrote.A 27-year-old man sustained minor injuries; he received the necessary medical treatment and will continue recovery at home.The Russian strike also damaged houses and vehicles.Additionally, a man was injured in the Seredyna-Buda community due to an FPV drone attack.In the Yunakivka community, four people were injured in a civilian car hit by an FPV drone.Overall, according to Oleh Hryhorov, Russian troops carried out 85 attacks over the past day on 47 settlements across 13 communities in the Sumy region.On August 13, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that in the Sumy region, Ukrainian forces have liberated 6 of 18 occupied villages or key points.
