This was announced by Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.“Ukraine has initiated an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council in response to yet another escalation of terror by Russia, which resulted in civilian deaths and destruction in Kyiv. Tomorrow evening’s UN Security Council session will serve as a platform to clearly articulate such firm positions,” Sybiha stressed. On the night of July 31, Russia launched a missile and Shahed drone attack on Ukraine.
