This was announced by Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine."A total mobilization of Russia’s politics, economy, and society is underway to prepare for a future large-scale war," he said.According to Budanov, as part of Russia's military reform, two new military districts have already been established, Moscow and Leningrad, and more divisions, formations, and units are in the pipeline.Russia is trying to dismantle the current global security and economic order. To do this, Moscow is expanding its presence in Africa, mostly through proxy forces like the Wagner Group and the African Corps, while backing authoritarian regimes and terrorist groups worldwide.Budanov also noted that Russia is carrying out hybrid operations abroad, including disinformation campaigns and cyberattacks to meddle in democratic processes via state-controlled media and hand-picked influencers."Moscow is pushing its own version of the future world order, where 'big' powers, first of all Russia, hold all the power, control key resources, and decide the world’s fate behind closed doors," he added.Earlier, economist Ivan Us said shutting down parts of Russia’s economy could trigger mass worker protests. Problems are already hitting coal mining, machine building, and construction industries.
