I’ve come up with topics worth, and most importantly, ones I want to write about, so I’ve been reflecting on them. For example, here’s an interesting topic about management.Acquaintances call me asking to “sort things out” for a relative of a cousin of a great-grandmother’s acquaintance... He was mobilized and assigned to serve at the Territorial Recruitment Center, and has been serving there for six months.I asked, “What’s the problem? Let him serve; he definitely won’t be killed.”But they say he’s unnecessary, useless there.I said, “Give me his resume.”Radio engineer, programmer, locksmith, SMD assembly, experience at high-tech enterprises and relevant positions...I will take this person, but for six months he’s been guarding the Territorial Recruitment Center. For me, he’s needed; for the officials who assessed him during mobilization, he was just a statistical error.Stories of such inefficiency push me to act — they threaten me, my family, and my country...I am compelled to write about them and possible solutions because if we don’t improve the effectiveness of using our limited resources, we will lose.In my simple opinion...Recruitment to the Defense Forces should consider not only primary education and military occupational specialty (MOS) but also all further education, work experience, and personal hobbies. For example, the head of the Electronic Warfare service shouldn’t just be someone with an officer’s rank, but someone with leadership experience at a high-tech enterprise. Becoming an officer can take a couple of years, but becoming a radio physicist cannot; and being a good military manager of radio physicists is almost impossible. Such a person must be both a physicist and a manager, a leader, and only lastly a soldier, who also loves their homeland. When the Russians surpass us in mobilization resources, we must start beating them through the effective use of human resources. If a mobilized person’s profile states they are a radio engineer, mathematician, physicist, programmer, or have any other technical, technological, or scientific education combined with professional experience, they must automatically be considered for a position in the appropriate unit, regardless of rank and 100 MOS, with a ban on assigning them to any other activity except their specialty.Even if such a person wants and asks for a different role, they should hide in their profile that they are a "physicist."No legal grounds? Then those who still haven’t created such grounds must leave or start creating them. Otherwise, we will lose.Because quantity can only be countered by efficiency.SourceAbout the author.
