Yellow Ribbon, the resistance movement in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, reported the information.“Just in the first half of 2025, over 22 hectares of land were quietly put into circulation for residential construction in Sevastopol. No Russian region has allocated such large areas for development in years - but in the temporarily occupied territories, money laundering continues ‘on schedule,’” said the Yellow Ribbon movement. They emphasized that all these processes are taking place against the backdrop of water shortages, overloaded infrastructure, and the limited area of the city itself.According to the activists, the historical hills, green areas and unique natural landscapes of Crimea are at risk.“The authorities and developers continue to increase the pace of construction, opening up new sites for development and carve-up,” the resistance movement adds.Earlier, the Yellow Ribbon Movement reported that in the temporarily occupied Henichesk, Kherson region, medical workers at the central hospital are forced to boil syringes and catheters for reuse due to a lack of materials.
