Vitalii Sarantsev, the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Ground Forces, stated this."I would not say that this is the usual mode of operation, but of course, in some cases, we have to change the format. First and foremost, this is to ensure the safety and health of both the personnel of the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support and the visitors—among whom are veterans, pensioners, and family members of military personnel," the spokesperson said.According to him, employees of the draft centers may be dispersed, and some services will be provided remotely. For example, new functionality is being introduced in the Reserv+ application, which will make the process of interaction between citizens and the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support as simple and safe as possible."Yes, there may be certain inconveniences; this is a new challenge for us, and we need to implement new solutions. However, the mobilization process has not stopped and will not stop—we continue our work to staff our military units," Sarantsev added. On July 6, the Russian forces carried out a drone strike on a recruitment center building in Kremenchuk, Poltava region. On July 7, Russia attacked recruitment center buildings in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia with drones.Russia is conducting an information campaign to disrupt the mobilization process in Ukraine and is using a popular messenger app for this purpose.
