None of these waves of claims include any proof," the Center stated.Meanwhile, international watchdogs and Ukraine’s General Staff have repeatedly confirmed and documented Russia’s use of banned chloropicrin against Ukrainian troops.Russian forces used banned chemical agents 888 times against Ukrainian defenders in May alone.
